Thuban kontrollerar mer än 50 procent av aktierna i Ledstiernan

Thuban AB offentliggjorde den 30 november 2009 ett bud på Ledstiernan AB. Den 2 december 2009 offentliggjorde Thuban AB att bolaget kontrollerade 45,4 % av aktierna i Ledstiernan. Sedan dess har Thuban AB fortsatt att öka sitt innehav i Ledstiernan AB genom förvärv i marknaden.

Till följd av dessa förvärv kontrollerar Thuban AB nu sammantaget 2.870.528 aktier, motsvarande 50,19 procent av kapital och röster i Ledstiernan. ”Jag är glad att det fortsätter strömma till aktieägare i Ledstiernan som tycker att vårt bud är attraktivt och som delar vår bedömning att bolaget passar bättre utanför börsen. THUBAN CONTROLS MORE THAN 50 PER CENT IN LEDSTIERNAN On 30 November 2009, Thuban AB announced an offer to acquire all the shares of Ledstiernan AB. On 2 December 2009, Thuban AB announced that it controlled 45.4 per cent of the shares in Ledstiernan AB. Since then, Thuban AB has continued to increase its holdings in Ledstiernan AB through acquisitions on the stock market.
