Två styrelseledamöter i VKG avgår

Hagge Rilegård och Lars Byström har idag beslutat att med omedelbar verkan utträda ur styrelsen för Värmekyl Grossisten Scandinavia AB (publ). Anledningen är att den mediala uppmärksamheten kring deras personer kan skada bolagets verksamhet.

”Det är olyckligt att den mediala uppmärksamheten har flyttats från VKG:s och branschens möjligheter till oss som personer. Bolaget genomgår nu en företagsrekonstruktion och det är vår önskan att den kan fortskrida på bästa möjliga sätt”, säger Hagge Rilegård och Lars Byström i ett gemensamt uttalande.

Two members of VKG board resign


Hagge Rilegård and Lars Byström have today announced their decision to immediately leave their seats on the board of Värmekyl Grossisten Scandinavia AB (publ). The decision has been motivated by the potential negative effects on the company’s business arising from media attention on their private lives.

”It is unfortunate that the media has shifted its focus from the opportunities for VKG and the industry to us as individuals. The company is in the process of undergoing a corporate reconstruction and it is our hope that this can proceed on the best possible terms,” say Hagge Rilegård and Lars Byström in a joint statement.
