Redeye: Westpay - A turning point

Overall, the report was as expected, with some small deviances to our projections. The positive sales trend that we have seen during the past quarterly reports continues. The most important event during the period was the rights issue, and despite some estimate trimming, we raise our Base-case valuation. With the capital infusion from the rights issue, the short-term financial liquidity is no longer a concern. Thus, the risks have decreased significantly. We will most likely see a continued increase in the annualized revenue level in the coming quarters, and therefore we expected the valuation to follow suit.
