Xerox Chairman Anne Mulcahy to Retire

NORWALK, Conn., March 30, 2010 — Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) announced today that Anne M. Mulcahy will step down as chairman and a director of the board, effective May 20, the day of Xerox's annual shareholders' meeting. Xerox CEO Ursula M.
