ZUTEC ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP IN FINANCE

Zutec Holding AB (publ) (“Zutec") today announced a leadership hire within its finance function.  Vivian Kelly has joined Zutec as Head of Finance. Previously, Vivian headed up the Finance department of Bookassist, a leading provider of SaaS based software solutions of booking, digital marketing, web design and distribution management technologies for the hospitality industry. Prior to this role, Vivian worked in various finance roles in the construction and property development sectors. Vivian is an associate of the Irish Institute of Taxation and also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Vivian will be joining the management team and will be reporting directly to the CEO.
