Change in number of shares outstanding in Sectra AB during November

Linköping, Sweden – November 30, 2022 – During November, the number of shares outstanding in the medical imaging IT and cybersecurity company Sectra (STO: SECT B) increased by 453,406 ordinary Class B shares. As of today, the final trading day of the month, the number of shares in the company totals 194,115,731 and the number of votes amounts to 312,046,871. 

The change was attributable to a new issue of Class C shares, which have been repurchased and  converted to Class B shares to secure the company’s obligations under Sectra’s long-term incentive program LTIP 2022.

The number of shares and votes after the change is distributed as follows:

  • 13,103,460 ordinary Class A shares corresponding to 131,034,600 votes
  • 181,012,271 ordinary Class B shares corresponding to 181,012,271 votes


As of November 30, 2022, Sectra’s holding of treasury shares amounts to 1,453,406 Class B shares, corresponding to 0.7% of the capital in the company and 0.5% of the votes.
