Change to the Nomination Committee of Sectra AB (publ)
Linköping – April 16, 2021 – Elisabet Jamal Bergström, representing SEB Investment Management, has been appointed to the Nomination Committee of the Swedish medical imaging IT and cybersecurity company Sectra (STO: SECT B). She is replacing Martin Gärtner, representing SEB Investment Management, who is leaving the Nomination Committee for another assignment.
The original composition of Sectra’s Nomination Committee was published in a press release on December 22, 2020. After the change, Sectra’s Nomination Committee ahead of the 2021 Annual General Meeting will consist of the following members:
- Torbjörn Kronander (representing his own and related parties’ shareholdings)
- Jan Särlvik (representing Nordea Investment Funds), Chairman of the Nomination Committee
- Elisabet Jamal Bergström (representing SEB Investment Management)
- Jan-Olof Brüer (in his role as Chairman of the Board and representing his own and related parties’ shareholdings)
