Increased institutional ownership in Sectra International institutional investors are showing great interest for the Swedish IT and Medical Technology Company Sectra AB. Capital Group and Schroders Investment Management has acquired 540,000 series B shares from the main owner group of Sectra AB. This corresponds to 1.7 % of the share capital and 1.0 % of the votes. - The ownership spreading is done in accordance with Sectra´s strategy to increase the institutional ownership in connection with the internationalization of the company.
