Sectra publishes Annual Report and Corporate Governance Report for fiscal year 2014/2015
The Swedish medical IT and technology company Sectra AB’s (SECT B) Annual Report for the fiscal year 2014/2015 is now available on Sectra’s website www.sectra.com/news. The Board of Directors’ Corporate Governance Report for the most recent fiscal year has also been published on www.sectra.com/corporate/investor/corporate_governance/.
The printed version of the annual report will be distributed in mid-July to new shareholders and shareholders and others who have indicated that they wish to receive printed annual reports from Sectra.
