Sectra signs strategic cooperation agreement with leading RIS company in Australia

The Swedish IT and medical technology company Sectra has announced the formation of a long-term strategic alliance with Australian-based Kestral Computing Pty Ltd.

Through this alliance, Sectra and Kestral will provide the Australian healthcare market with a highly competitive offering of a fully integrated solution for RIS (Radiology Information System) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System). “By combining our market leading products we have a comprehensive solution that strengthens our offering to the Australian healthcare market," says Henk Scholte, Managing Director of Sectra ANZ. “This cooperation is in line with our strategy of offering state-of-the-art solutions to radiologists and clinicians through long-term strategic alliances,” he continues.
