Securitas completes the acquisition of Infratek in Norway

Regulatory authorities have approved Securitas’ acquisition of the electronic security company Infratek Security Solutions in Norway.

As disclosed on July 22, 2016, Securitas has agreed to acquire Infratek Security Solutions, a company delivering technical security solutions to corporations in Norway and a minor part in Sweden. Infratek has 102 employees and generated annual sales of approximately MSEK 200 (MEUR 21) in 2015. With this acquisition, Securitas strengthens its technology offering in Norway.

The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas as of August 24, 2016.
