The printed version for the Annual Report will be available as of today and will be distributed to those of Securitas’ shareholders who have ordered it from Securitas’ Shareholder Web service (www.securitas.com/Investor Relations/Order and Subscribe).

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 3.30 p.m. CET on May 4, 2011, in Vinterträdgården at the Grand Hôtel, Stockholm.
