Notice to attend the Annual General Meeting of shareholders of Semcon AB (publ)

Shareholders of Semcon AB (publ), corporate identity number 556539-9549, are hereby invited to attend the Annual General Meeting at 3 p.m. on 26 April 2012 at the company’s office on Theres Svenssons gata 15, Göteborg, Sweden.

Shareholders wishing to participate in the AGM shall be registered in the Shareholders’ Register held by Euroclear Sweden AB as of 20 April 2012 and have notified the company of their intention to attend by 4 p.m. on 20 April 2012.
