Semcon strengthens its range of embedded systems and electronics

Semcon is creating Embedded Network to strengthen its range of embedded systems and electronics for the local markets. Our 450 specialists around the world are active locally, near our customers, and the network will allow them to be available in the projects where their expertise is needed most.

Constant technological breakthroughs, an increased need to be connected, energy-efficiency and flexible products, need faster, more complex development. To provide our customers with access to our joint expertise we are now creating a network for embedded systems and electronics.

“We help our customers develop competitive products by providing specialist expertise in strategic areas like software, hardware, testing & verification, control technology etc. We have the specialist expertise, experience and tools required to manage this complexity cost-effectively,” says network manager Johan Kristensson.

Semcon’s customers benefit from our joint experience from different industries, our effective way of working, tried and tested methods and in-house system solutions. The network also has access to the entire Semcon Group’s strength and breadth of product development, such as industrial design, technical documentation and mechanical construction.

The network specialists will also take part in a number of research projects together with academia and industry colleagues, in order to constantly develop future technologies.
