Zehnder expanding collaboration with Semcon

Semcon has worked closely with Zehnder for a long time in the field of industrial design, product information and product development, contributing to Zehnder now also choosing to develop its collaboration in production technology.

“I am very pleased that collaboration with Zehnder is being enhanced and it’s even more pleasing that the growth is taking place in a new field of expertise. This also includes project deliveries, where Semcon’s joint expertise is best utilized,” says Olof Christensson, business area manager, Engineering Services Nordic at Semcon.

Semcon’s complete undertakings on behalf of Zehnder will include developing, manufacturing and commissioning complete assembly equipment. Semcon will provide expertise in project management, mechanical and electrical construction plus automation. Specialist services such as CAE, CE, documentation and production simulation will also be utilized.
