AWARD-WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ASTLE IN GRIMSBY AND SCUNTHORPE

Customers using Astle BMW and MINI in Grimbsy and Scunthorpe can be sure they’re receiving an award-winning service after BMW Group UK was honoured with a national award for its commitment to excellent and innovative customer satisfaction.

The dealerships on Grimsby Road, in Laceby and Old Crosby in Scunthorpe all use a system developed by BMW Group UK which allows every customer to rate the service they received on a five-star scale and write comments about their experience on the individual dealership’s website.

Now the Institute of Customer Service has handed BMW Group UK the Kcom Customer Feedback Strategy Award for the system – meaning all customers can visit the dealership knowing they will get a top-quality service.

With 11 categories, award submissions are scored against pre-set criteria by a panel of industry experts and finalists are assessed by an independent group of judges selected for their business knowledge and acumen.

BMW Group was the only automotive organisation across all categories to make it into the finals.
