30 MAY 2007 FINAL TRADING DAY FOR PAYNOVA’S 2005/2007 SUBSCRIPTION OPTION (TO 3)

The Board hereby issues a reminder of the fact that the final date for trading subscription options as specified above is 30 May 2007. According to the terms of the subscription options, the final day for subscribing to shares is 31 May 2007.

Conversion in accordance with the option terms means that a holding of ten (10) subscription options entitles the holder to (1) new share in Paynova AB (publ.) at a subscription price of SEK 11.98 per new share.
