PAYNOVA LISTED ON NGM EQUITY IN FEBRUARY

It was decided at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders last November to list Paynova on the stock exchange. In November, it was announced that the company´s goal was to be listed on NGM Equity in January 2004. However, the Board of Directors has now decided to present the year-end report before listing. Paynova´s first day as a listed company on NGM Equity is therefore planned for 23 February 2004. The share prospectus and the company´s year-end report will be presented on 19 February 2004, in the run-up to the public listing.
