FRAME AGREEMENT AND ORDER IN HAND – SIMTRONICS TO DELIVER INERGEN FIRE FIGHTING SYSTEMS

Simtronics ASA has through its subsidiary Fire Eater A/S (NUF Stavanger) entered a frame agreement with Tine AS. The frame agreement covers the supply of INERGEN systems for the protection of Tine production and warehouse facilities. The frame agreement covers Tine facilities in Norway and the initial duration is from this date and through 2011.

Within the frame agreement the first specific order for INERGEN components and installation has been signed for Tine’s new dairy facility in Jæren. The order is in excess of NOK 8,6 million. The installation commences at the turn of the year 2010-2011.
