Stockholm, Sweden – 30 April 2024 – Sinch AB (publ), which is pioneering the way the world communicates through its Customer Communications Cloud, today announces that the number of shares and votes in Sinch AB (publ), registration number 556882-8908 (“Sinch”), amounts to 843,742,236 on 30 April 2024.

The change in the number of shares and votes in January is a result of 379,388 new shares issued upon exercise of warrants within the frame of incentive programs LTI 2019 and LTI 2022.
