Change in the total number of shares and votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB

As of 31 August 2021, the total number of shares in Sivers Semiconductors AB (the ”Company”) amounts to 157,745,647 shares, divided into 156,645,647 ordinary shares and 1,100,000 shares of series C. The total number of votes in the Company as of 31 August 2021 amounts to 156,755,647.

The increase in the number of shares and votes in the Company is related to the issue of 3,300,000 new series C shares on 5 August 2021 in order to ensure delivery of shares to participants in the Company's outstanding incentive programs and to secure payment of social security contributions attributable to such incentive programs.
