The number of shares in Sivers Semiconductors AB (the "Company") as of 28 March 2024 amounts to 234,649,894 shares, of which all shares are ordinary shares. There are currently no issued shares of series C. The total number of votes in the Company as of 28 March 2024 amounts to 234,649,894.

The change in the number of shares and votes in the Company is due to the conversion of 1,100,000 shares of series C into 1,100,000 ordinary shares.
