Change in the total number of shares and votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB (publ)

As of 31 March 2022, the total number of shares and votes in Sivers Semiconductors AB (the “Company”) amounts to 213,954,244, divided into 212,854,244 ordinary shares and 1,100,000 shares of series C. The total number of votes in the Company amounts to 212,964,244.

The number of shares and votes in the Company has increased as a result of the new issue of 39,187,320 ordinary shares, which was used as part of the purchase price in the acquisition of Mixcomm Inc.
