Christer Gardell co-opted to Skandia’s Nominating Committee

Skandia’s Nominating committee has decided to co-opt Christer Gardell, Cevian Capital, to the committee ahead of Skandia’s Annual General Meeting on 14 April 2005. The following persons are members of the Nominating Committee: • Björn Lind, SEB Fonder, chair • Lars Idermark, Second National Swedish Pension Fund • K-G Lindvall, Robur • Per Löfqvist, Skandia Shareholders’ Association • Olof Neiglick, Nordea Fonder In addition, Skandia’s Chairman, Bernt Magnusson, is a co-opted member of the committee.
