Sale of Vesta completed

Sale of Vesta completed The sale of Vesta Skadeforsikring and Vesta Liv to Tryg-Baltica, which was announced in a press release on 9 December 1999, was completed today after receipt of all required regulatory approvals. Following this, and the recently completed sale of the property & casualty insurance company NIG Skandia, all divestments that Skandia had reached agreement on in 1999 have now been completed.
