Sales May US operation At Skandia's Capital Markets Day in New York, sales for the US operation for the period January-May 2001 were released. Sales of variable annuities totalled USD 1,8 billion (4,4), and sales of mutual fund savings products were USD 1,2 billion (2,3). Total sales in May were on a par with a month earlier. Sales of variable annuities incresed by 7 per cent.
