Settlement with Pohjola

Settlement of the dispute between Pohjola, Skandia and Storebrand concerning If. Pohjola, Skandia and Storebrand have today entered into a settlement in respect of all outstanding disputes between the companies. The dispute that arose in connexion with the establishment of If Property & Casualty is accordingly settled. In a joint statement, the parties say: "It is very positive that our companies now can concentrate fully on the development of their respective market positions as colleagues and competitors." Pohjola, Skandia and Storebrand have agreed not to publish the details of the settlement agreement.
