Skandia completes the sale of Skandia Inter

Skandia's sale of the two reinsurance companies Skandia International Insurance Corporation and Skandia UK Insurance to Fairfax Financial Holdings Ltd have been completed today following approvals from the relevant authorities. The sale gives Skandia a profit amounting to MSEK 150 and includes no guarantees for the technical reserves in the two companies.
