Skandia sells Sinser Skandia today agreed to sell the Sinser group to Aon Corporation. Sinser's main business involves services for captive insurance companies and risk management consulting. Sinser is a global company with 13 subsidiaries in ten countries, and annual sales of approximately SEK 120 million. Its customers consist primarily of medium-sized and large corporations. Sinser currently handles the administration of more than 250 captives and is thus one of the largest players in the market. The buyer of Sinser, Aon Corporation, has a presence in over 120 countries with shares listed on the New York, London and Frankfurt stock exchanges. Aon is one of the world's leading insurance broking and consulting organisations with extensive business in the areas of risk management consulting and captive administration.
