Skandia to be delisted from Stockholm Stock Exchange and London Stock Exchange

On 23 March 2006 it was announced that Skandia's board decided to apply for a delisting of Skandia's shares from the Stockholm Stock Exchange (primary listing) and the London Stock Exchange (secondary listing). Since then, Skandia has reached agreements that the last day of trading in Skandia shares on the London Stock Exchange will be 11 May 2006, and the last day of trading in Skandia shares on the Stockholm Stock Exchange will be 5 June 2006. To facilitate trading in Skandia's shares after the delisting, alternative trading opportunities will be provided. Further information on this will be provided in ample time prior to the delisting from the Stockholm Stock Exchange. Skandia will be issuing an interim report for the first quarter of 2006 on 31 May 2006.
