Skanska builds multi-family houses in Prague, Czech Republic, for CZK 1.3 billion, about SEK 600M
Skanska has signed a contract with Central Group to build a residential complex in Prague, Czech Republic. The contract is worth CZK 1.3 billion, about SEK 600M, which will be included in the order bookings for Europe for the second quarter of 2024.
The project includes the construction of the next phase of the residential project Residence Park Quarter. It consists of seven buildings with six to twelve floors and a total of 373 new apartments. This also includes three-storey underground parking garages. Several commercial units are also incorporated in this project.
Skanska will partly use concrete with high percentage of recycled aggregate for specific parts of monolithic constructions.
Construction is expected to commence in May 2024, and it´s scheduled to be completed by autumn 2026.
