Slättö's logistics and light industrial team, Evolv, won the award for highest customer satisfaction in the Fastighetsbarometer survey, a key benchmark for the Swedish property sector. The award is based on tenants' evaluations of premises, service, and management quality. Evolv secured its leading position in the logistics and industrial segment through a consistent commitment to customer satisfaction.

During the past year, Evolv has continued to strengthen relations with its tenants through a high presence in the properties and improved communication. Another important part of the work has been to integrate sustainability measures into property management. In this year's survey, 2,300 tenants were interviewed, and the winners are presented in the categories Office, Retail and Warehouse/Industrial.
