Slättö's logistics and light industrial team, Evolv, won the award for highest customer satisfaction in the Fastighetsbarometer survey, a key benchmark for the Swedish property sector. The award is based on tenants' evaluations of premises, service, and management quality. Evolv secured its leading position in the logistics and industrial segment through a consistent commitment to customer satisfaction.

‘We are very pleased with the excellent results of this year's tenant satisfaction survey and the improvement from our first survey last year. This success stems from the hard work of our asset management team, as well as the support of our service providers and the constructive feedback from our tenants,’ says Viktor Tennström, Partner and Head of Asset Management and Project Development, Logistics and Light Industrial at Slättö.

During the past year, Evolv has continued to strengthen relations with its tenants through a high presence in the properties and improved communication. Another important part of the work has been to integrate sustainability measures into property management. This includes, among other things, energy efficiency investments, environmental certification and monitoring of water use.
