The Nomination Committee proposes Cecilia Wachtmeister and Eva Elmstedt to be elected as new board members in Smart Eye AB.    

The Nomination Committee proposes reelections of board members Mats Krantz, Magnus Jonsson, Lars Olofsson and Anders Jöfelt as well as a new election of Cecilia Wachtmeister and Eva Elmstedt. The Committee proposes Anders Jöfelt to be elected as Chairman of the Board. 

Staffan Hansson and Per Aniansson have both announced that they are not available for reelection.  

Cecilia Wachtmeister

Cecilia Wachtmeister, born 1966, is active as Executive Vice President Business & Group Functions at KAMBI Plc. Cecilia has an MSc in Industrial Economics from the Institute of Technology at Linköpings University, and has several years of experience from leading positions within Ericsson AB. Cecilia is also a board member of HMS Networks AB.

Eva Elmstedt

Eva Elmstedt, born 1960, has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Computer Science. Eva was previously EVP Global Services at Nokia Networks and Nokia Siemens Networks and held senior positions at Ericsson AB, the telecom operator 3 and Semcon, among others.
Other board assignments: Chairman of Proact IT Group AB and member of Addtech AB, Gunnebo AB, Thule Group AB, Arjo AB and Axiell Group AB.
Shareholding in Smart Eye: 3,000 shares

The Nomination Committee of Smart Eye consists of Mary Irwin (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), Evert Carlsson, Linda Jöfelt, Oskar Krantz and Anders Jöfelt (Chairman of the Board for Smart Eye).

Further proposals from the Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2019 and reasoned statement regarding the proposed Board will be available on the company’s website at the announcement of the notice for the Annual General Meeting.
