SMART WIRES HAS NAMED MAC IRVIN AS THE COMPANY’S CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Smart Wires has named Mac Irvin as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Irvin will oversee the company’s financial and accounting operations, including structured financing to promote the commercialization and global adoption of Smart Wires solutions.

Irvin has over two decades of experience as an influential executive across the energy, big-ticket leasing, and transportation industries. He held multiple senior roles in the solar industry during a period of significant industry growth, including as CFO of Sungevity and Managing Director of Structured Finance and Business Development at SunPower. Prior to joining the energy industry, he served as an executive for major rail transportation market leaders like GATX Capital and RailTex, Inc. during the rail industry’s landmark deregulation.
