SMART WIRES WILL BE DELISTED FROM NASDAQ FIRST NORTH GROWTH MARKET AND THE LAST DAY OF TRADING IS TUESDAY, MARCH 7, 2023

On February 17, 2023, Smart Wires Technology Ltd (the “Company”) announced that the Company had resolved to apply for delisting of its Swedish Depositary Receipts (“SDRs”) from Nasdaq First North Growth Market. The SDRs currently traded on Nasdaq First North Growth Market under the trading code GOGRID SDB (ISIN SE0015962345).

Nasdaq First North Growth Market has today approved the Company’s application for delisting and decided that the last day of trading in the SDRs on Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

The Company’s SDR program will be discontinued and holders of SDRs will be entered as shareholders in the Company’s register of members.  Information regarding the SDR program will be provided by Pareto Securities, which is the depository bank for the SDR program.
