Apple Settles Class Action Product Liability Lawsuit over iPhone 4

Apple has settled a class action product liability lawsuit that claimed the company’s iPhone 4 had a poor antenna design which caused dropped calls and poor signals.

According to TechSpot, the company will either give $15 or a free bumper case to each person who experienced the issue and did not receive a free bumper case that Apple initially offered in 2010.

The bumper cases creates a small gap in between the phone’s metal rim and the user’s skin which remedies the problem of poor signals and dropped calls.
