BMW Issues Recall for 1.3 Million Cars
BMW issued a vehicle recall for a whopping 1.3 million cars, affecting owners of their luxury cars throughout the world.Owners will receive a letter calling to bring their car in for a repair that will take approximately 30 minutes to complete
The car recall is in effect for the 5 and 6 series vehicles from the 2003 to 2010 model years. BMW reported that the battery cable covering in the trunk of some of the cars might be incorrectly installed. It could be a reason why cars don’t start and in rare cases can cause a fire. As of yet, there are no reports of injuries or accidents associated with the recall.
