A design flaw that caused children to experience cuts and bruises has led to a recall of more than 485,000 Chico Polly high chairs.

Artsana USA Inc. is aware of 21 children who suffered injuries from falling against pegs on the back legs of the chairs, which are meant to store the tray, according to the Associated Press (AP). One child suffered an eye injury and four others required stitches.

There are 26 different models of the product included in the recall. They were sold online and at major chains such as Babies R Us, Buy Buy Baby, and Toys R Us, from January 2005 through this month according to the AP.
