American Honda Motors has issued a recall for their 2012 Pilot and Acura MDX sport-utility vehicles.

According to Consumer Reports, the recall affects 8,709 vehicles that have “vent shut float (VSF) valve” cases that do not meet Honda’s specifications. This may cause an increased risk of fire and a fuel leak.

There have been no reports of injuries associated with the recalled vehicles.
