Honda Settles Product Liability Lawsuit for $38.5M
Honda has agreed to bury the hatchet in a class action product liability lawsuit and pay $38.5 million to settle claims that their vehicles had defective air-conditioning units.
The agreed to settlement will reimburse owners and lessees for past and future repairs to as many as a million Honda and Acura vehicles, according to the New Jersey Law Journal.
The product liability lawsuit was consolidated with a similar case in the North District of California.
