Solwers adds HVAC expertise through a recent acquisition

Solwers company LVI-Insinööritoimisto Meskanen Oy strengthens its foothold in HVAC design and has signed an agreement on December 15 to purchase the entire share capital of LVI-Insinööritoimisto Plan-Air Oy. The company is reported as part of the Solwers Group from 01.12.2023.

LVI-Insinööritoimisto Plan-Air, which has been operating in Oulu for over 40 years, has a solid customer base, which primarily consists of real estate investors, public developers, central trade stores and construction companies. The operation is focused on the counties of Oulu and Lapland as well as the largest cities in Finland. The company employs eight experts in the HVAC industry and its turnover in the fiscal year ended 06/2023 was 0.8 million euros.

"There is a demand for competent HVAC planning, and Plan-Air's experienced staff will bring more capacity and know-how to LVI-Meskanen. Together, the companies can serve our clients even more efficiently", says Leif Sebbas, Chairman of the Board of Solwers Plc.

LVI-Insinöörtoimisto Meskanen specializes in HVAC planning, but also does monitoring and energy planning. References include, for example, Hotel Mestari in Kamppi, Helsinki and Ivalo School and Cultural Centre Kaarre.
