Sotkamo Silver AB (“Sotkamo Silver” or the “Company”) announced on 17 January 2023 that the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved upon a share issue with preferential rights for existing shareholders (the “Rights Issue”) as well as a directed share issue (the “Directed Issue” and jointly with the Rights Issue, the “Share Issues”). The Share Issues were approved by the extraordinary general meeting held on 16 February 2023 and the final terms of the Share Issues were announced on 10 February 2023.
The prospectus regarding the Share Issues has today, on 17 February 2023, been approved and registered by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority.
