Meeting concerning the election of representatives to SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge’s Supervisory Board
The election of representatives to SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge’s Supervisory Board will be held:
Thursday 16 February 2017 at 1 p.m
at SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge’s Main Office, 3rd floor, Storgt. 65, Tromsø.
Notice of this meeting has been sent to all holders of primary capital certificates with known addresses.
To be elected are five representatives. The election period is 4 years. Enclosed you will find the list of the recommended candidates.
Those entitled to vote are the holders of equity certificates registered in the Norwegian Registry of Securities (Verdipapirsentralen) at the time of the meeting. Each equity certificate carries one vote.
The results of the election will be announced at www.snn.no after the SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge’s Supervisory Board’s meeting 28th March 2017.
