SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge: Election of representatives to Supervisory Board

The election of representatives to SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge’s Supervisory Board will be held:

Monday 12 February 2018 at 11 a.m. at Scandic Ishavshotel at Fredrik Langesgate 2, Tromsø.

Notice of this meeting has been sent to all holders of primary capital certificates with known addresses.

To be elected are five representatives. The election period is 4 years. Enclosed you will find the list of the recommended candidates.

Those entitled to vote are the holders of equity certificates registered in the Norwegian Registry of Securities (Verdipapirsentralen) at the time of the meeting. Each equity certificate carries one vote.

The results of the election will be announced at www.snn.no after the SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge’s Supervisory Board’s meeting  March 22nd 2018.
