SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge: Election of representatives to Supervisory Board

The election of representatives to SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's Supervisory Board will be held on 19 February 2018 at 11 a.m

The meating is at The Edge in Kaigata 6, Tromsø.

To be elected are four members and one substitute member. The election period is 4 years. Enclosed you will find the list of the recommended candidates.

Those entitled to vote are the holders of equity certificates registered in the Norwegian Registry of Securities (Verdipapirsentralen) at the time of the meeting. Each equity certificate carries one vote.

The results of the election will be announced at www.snn.no after the SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge's Supervisory Board's meeting  21 March 2019.
