SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has sold own equity certificates to employees and members of the board of directors, at a discount and with a sale constraint. 617.257 equity certificates are distributed 31.05.2016 at price 26,628 with 3 years required holding period.

A list over participating primary insiders is attached.

2.127 equity certificates are sold 31.05.2016 at price 37,80. 263 certificates are given as a reward to an employee.

Following this, SpareBank 1 Nord-Norge has no holding of own equity certificates.
