Annual General Meeting – election to the Board

The Annual General Meeting of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA reelected on 23. April 2020 Dag Mejdell as chair of the board with a term of office of up to two years. Ingrid Riddervold Lorange and Trine Sæther Romuld was elected as board members with a term of office of up to two years.

The Board of SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has now the following composition:
