Disclosure of increased ownership in Sandnes Sparebank (SADG)

SpareBank 1 SR-Bank has subscribed for and been allocated 2,500,000 equity certificates in the rights offering in Sandnes Sparebank ( SADG ) . The subscription will result in SpareBank 1 SR- Bank's stake in the company's equity certificates exceeding flag threshold of 15%. SpareBank 1 SR-Bank owns after the offering 3,485,009 equity certificates of the Company, representing 15.14 % of the equity certificates in the company after the share issue.
