Distribution of shares as part of the savings scheme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 6, 9 and 10 Desember 2019 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been distributed to the employees at a price of NOK 97,8702

After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 91.311 shares.

As participants in the savings scheme the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
