SpareBank 1 SR-Bank: Distribution of shares as part of the savings scheme for employees

The shares purchased by SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA 8, 9 and 12 August 2019 for use in the group's savings scheme for employees, have been distributed to the employees at a price of NOK 97,90.

After allocation the banks total holding of own shares is 89.496 shares.

As participants in the savings scheme the primary insiders have acquired shares in accordance with the enclosed list.
